Spring break needs to come faster. But after that, it'll be April. And then May. And then Prom. And then finals. And then graduation....

and then life will take its course. I'm not sure if I like those odds.

I'm in a pretty good mood. Finals are finally over and much to my ever happiness, I have successfully managed to pass all my finals!! Huzzah! And then this morning, a cute little Daisy scout arrived at our door selling girl scout cookies. YAY COOKIES!!!!! And yesterdaaaaaaaay I found my prom dress and paid only $8.39. EPIC WIN!!!!

But now...
I'm kind of at a block in my story...I'm not in a mood to really write. That and the scene I'm writing I want to make it sound amazing so the reader can tell I was into writing that scene. But on the plus side...I'm in a drawing mood so we'll have to see where that goes...

Now that the holidays are drawing to a close...
- Get back to writing Where it was Dark
- Finish writing Accidentally Bitten (actually, it's the ' prequel' to Where it was Dark, but isn't a requirement to understand what's going on in Where it was Dark...
- Draw some more?
- Avoid new story ideas which will probably blow up in my face??
- Video games???

In a way, I'm glad the holidays are pretty much over. It feels kind of like a fog around me that's finally being lifted...

Was interesting. While my dentist is doing the scraping before they actually clean your teeth she tells me "We'll have to put a sealent on your wisdom tooth." Okay fine. As long as it doesn't involve any shots or drills, I'm okay with that. Well then she starts cleaning. She cleans the wisdom tooth and abruptly stops what she's doing. "Scratch that," she told me, "You need a filling and you need it today." Great. Just Great. I told her to make sure she really numbed my mouth, because the last time I needed a filling, we thought I was numb enough and she started drilling and I FELT IT AND IT HURT A LOT!!!!!!! So she numbs me and gives me a few minutes to let my face feel really fat. After a while she starts to drill. And I felt it(I have really sensitive teeth when it comes to drilling). So I jerk in my seat and she immediately stops and tells me she'll try drilling in another area. Everything went well after that...other than the fact they had to use the tongue clamp because I was geeking out.

And that is my dentist horror story.

And yes, my mouth is still numb.

So...our fireplace (which has been unusuable for most of the year) is FINALLY being replaced tomorrow. Huzzah! Our house will finally be comfortable again!!!!!

School is...tomorrow. As well as a dentist's appointment. Great way to start the week! Not. I hate the dentist. I hate it I hate it I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST!!!!!!!!!! RAWR!!!!

Calming down now.

Adding further OCD when it comes to story planning I decided "wouldn't it be fun to draw my people's clothes for major scenes in the story?" So that's what I've been doing this weekend, drawing dresses (I LOVE DRESSES!!!) on drawn mannequins, avoiding my art project that I'm a week behind in. Oh well, I'll get working on it today.
